14-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We want you to walk into your next interview feeling prepared. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email us within 14 days of your purchase date and we'll refund you in full. No complicated forms and no hard feelings.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
1. Email us at jeremieknight28@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase.
2. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
3. Telling us why is optional, but your feedback helps us improve our guides.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear on your statement.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS: NO RETURNS NEEDED
All our products are digital downloads delivered instantly by email after purchase. There is nothing to ship back. Once a refund is issued, we ask that you delete any copies of the files you downloaded.

DOWNLOAD PROBLEMS
If you did not receive your download email, or if a file will not open, please check your spam or promotions folder first, then contact us. We'll send you a new download link or a working file as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours.

AFTER 14 DAYS
Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase are not eligible, except where required by applicable law. We will still always help with any download or file issue.

FAIR USE
We reserve the right to decline repeated refund requests from the same customer or requests that show clear abuse of this guarantee.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
